Tetiana Ilchuk is a Business & Strategy Consultant, Project & Programme Lead and Lawyer with 12+ years of experience leading complex projects and advising organisations across business, the public sector, international organisations and philanthropic foundations.
Tetiana works with businesses and organisations as an external consultant and fractional executive, taking on strategic and operational challenges, leading projects and programmes, improving business processes and managing stakeholder relationships. Her expertise brings together strategy, operations, project management, law, government relations and communications.
As Co-Founder of Ukrainian Media League, Tetiana Ilchuk leads expert teams and delivers consulting and full-cycle project support, from research and project audit to strategic communications, institutional development and stakeholder engagement.
As Co-Founder of ImaLex Group, she combines her legal background with business consulting, project management, government relations and regulatory expertise, helping organisations navigate complex business and stakeholder environments.
From 2022 to 2024, Tetiana Ilchuk headed a large-scale humanitarian initiative at the Rinat Akhmetov Foundation, overseeing strategy, operations, project delivery, communications and cross-sector partnerships.
Previously, Tetiana led the project and communications department of the Television Industry Committee, managing major industry projects, the relaunch of the National Television Award “Teletriumf,” professional forums and international cooperation. Earlier, she worked in government relations, public policy and legal consulting, including advisory roles at the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine and the National Council on Television and Radio Broadcasting.
Tetiana Ilchuk is an Expert and Mentor at the Ukrainian Cultural Foundation, a Jury Member of the MEDEA Awards and serves on Public Councils at the State Film Agency of Ukraine and the State Arts and Art Education Agency of Ukraine. She is also a member of the Ukrainian Bar Association, with professional involvement in GR, Intellectual Property, IT & Media, Personal Data Protection and Mediation.
Education & International Experience
Tetiana Ilchuk holds Master’s degrees in Law from the National University of “Kyiv-Mohyla Academy” and Intellectual Property Law from the Institute of Intellectual Property, National University “Odesa Law Academy”.
She has also completed professional programmes in Compliance at V. N. Karazin Kharkiv National University and Public Administration at the National Academy for Public Administration.
Her international professional experience includes Poland, France, South Korea and Sweden (SIDA).
