Co-Founder of Ukrainian Media League

Has been working in media and legal area more then 10 years, is a Co-Founder of Ukrainian Media League. Tetiana led and coordinated large-scale national projects, is an expert and consultant in international projects and communication (advocacy) campaigns.
Since 2022 Tetiana Ilchuk headed a large-scale humanitarian project of the largest private named fund of Ukraine. Until 2022 successfully managed the projects and communications department of the Television Industry Committee, which is a professional association of leading TV-channels and media agencies in Ukraine. Under her management TIC reformed and realized the largest National Television Award “Teletrium” (2018), held successful “Television as Business” and “MediaPravo” conferences, expanded the pool of international cooperation and TIC positioning.
Prior to that, she worked in the Ukrainian Parliament (Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine), the National Council of Television and Radio Broadcasting of Ukraine and in media NGOs.
Among Ukrainian experts Tetiana Ilchuk is a member of the international expert group on media self-regulation. She is also a member of the public councils of the State Film Agency of Ukraine, State Arts and Art Education Agency of Ukraine and working group to reform patronage in culture. Tetiana Ilchuk is a member of Member of Cultural Managers Association “Culture and Creativity” and Ukrainian Bar Association (GR Committee, Committee on Mediation, Committee on Intellectual Property, Committee on IT, Media and Personal Data protection).
Ilchuk Tetiana is an expert of Ukrainian Culture Foundation on audiovisual sector from 2022. Also she is a member of the jury of the International Medea Awards, which honors the achievement in using media tools in education, until 2021 as a national coordinator represented the international award of cultural diversity Adami Media Prize in Ukraine. Also she is involved to Organizing Committee of significant legal events and GR (Women’s Leadership Forum and GR Forum).
Tetiana Ilchuk graduated with honors from National Universities of “Kyiv-Mohyla Academy” (Law) and “Odessa Law Academy” (Intellectual Property). She has improved her competencies in Poland, France, Republic of Korea, Armenia and in different international programs and projects.
