In June, 2023 Ukrainian Media League’s representatives actively participated in events within the Docudays UA – DOCU/PRO industrial platform.

DOCU/PRO platform was created for the development of the Ukrainian film industry, the establishment of relations with foreign experts of documentary and the creation of Ukrainian film projects. Including training and pitching programs for directors, as well as master classes and discussions on the topic of documentary cinema.

This year, within the framework of the platform, during meetings were analyzed the conceptual changes that took place in the Ukrainian documentary film industry over the past year. A series of lectures and round tables were also presented from leading international and Ukrainian specialists, who shared their experience in the processes of project development, distribution and sales, and promotional campaigns.

Docudays UA is a non-political and non-commercial festival of documentary cinema, the purpose of which is to promote the observance and protection of human rights and fundamental freedoms, to affirm the understanding of human dignity as the highest value, to increase the level of civic activity in Ukraine, to promote the development of documentary cinema and the film industry.
